To address these challenges, WolfWorks offers two types of professional services: Research and strategy. Often, we deploy multiple research methods in sequence, and/or fuse their learnings with follow-on branding, communications, sales or CX strategy assignments.
MARKET RESEARCH: With 20+ years of experience across most methods, industries and audiences, we are true research experts. Steve has moderated more than 300 focus groups, led over 1,500 interviews, designed and analyzed nearly 100 surveys, and led dozens of industry and competitive analyses.

MARKETING STRATEGY: We augment our research methods with a true understanding of branding, marketing and sales (thanks largely to several years working on Madison Avenue, business school, and several years leading projects for a major marketing consulting firm). We understand the full "value chain" of marketing -- from understanding customers' pain points to building a brand identity (we even create brand names!), aligning on a market positioning, defining one's message, executing to the right audiences through the right mix of communication channels, to equipping salespeople to close the deal.
